Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to our clients. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be essential in enhancing the overall client experience.

Duties

Perform various skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyebrow and lash services. Offer eyelash extension services with attention to detail and safety. Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and front desk operations. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty treatments and products. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Experience in sales or upselling beauty products and services is preferred. Proficiency in body waxing, eyebrow shaping, and eyelash extensions. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
