Summary

SevAura Salon & Spa is seeking a skilled

Esthetician / Nail Technician

to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our clients' beauty and wellness experiences through expert nail care, skin treatments, and aesthetic services while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nail care services, including manicures and pedicures Perform esthetic services such as facials, waxing, lash lifts/extensions, brow shaping/tinting, and body treatments Operate and provide advanced services such as laser hair removal (training can be provided if needed) Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness at all times Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend treatments Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experiences Stay updated on the latest nail, skin care, and esthetics trends and techniques Assist in maintaining inventory of nail and esthetic products Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and relaxing environment for clients

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Esthetician and/or Nail Technician Strong knowledge of nail care, skincare, waxing, and lash services Experience with laser treatments (or willingness to be trained) is an asset Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members Ability to upsell services and products effectively Certification or diploma in Esthetics and/or Nail Technology from a recognized program is preferred Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
