We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various spa services and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Spa Technician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience by delivering high-quality treatments and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Duties

Provide a range of spa services including Scalp Facials, Wellness Massage, Spa Treatments, Pedicures, some waxing, and Facials. Extra training in massage is a benefit. Ensure all sanitation and hygiene protocols are strictly followed to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests. Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations for treatments and products. Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments, managing guest inquiries, and processing payments. Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits of various spa products. Promote retail sales through effective upselling techniques while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized after each use. Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service within a spa or beauty setting is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to spa services. Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is advantageous. Proficiency in various spa treatments. A friendly demeanor with excellent guest service skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
