Duties

Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, body treatments, waxing, nails, and tinting. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations. Utilize salon software and management systems for booking clients. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance client experiences and outcomes. Manage front desk operations including guest services, appointment scheduling, and customer inquiries. Demonstrate product knowledge through product demos to clients. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and upselling opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.

Qualifications

Valid esthetician license or certification from an accredited institution. Proven experience in customer service within a salon or spa environment. Familiarity with social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients online. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. Experience in med spa settings is highly desirable but not mandatory. Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in esthetics. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Previous experience with retail sales is an asset.
