Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various esthetic treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. Your expertise in skincare, beauty treatments, and customer relations will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, THREADING ,eyelash extensions, and makeup application. Administer advanced treatments such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, esthetic laser treatment, and dermabrasion. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene throughout the treatment area. Provide excellent customer service by actively engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Manage appointments using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY. Assist with retail sales by recommending products based on client needs and preferences. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and techniques. Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience from front desk operations to treatment delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in esthetics.

Qualifications

Proven experience in esthetics or related fields such as med spa experience or hospitality. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience with hair extensions, hair threading, deep tissue massage, nail care, barbering, or straight razor techniques is a plus. Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining client satisfaction. Familiarity with color theory and its application in beauty treatments is desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
