Reports to: Spa Manager / Salon Owner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide a range of high-quality skincare and beauty services in a relaxing and professional environment. They must be knowledgeable about current esthetic trends, treatments, and products, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional esthetic services including facials, waxing, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and other skincare therapies Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' skincare needs and recommend personalized treatment plans Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment according to health and safety regulations Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and product inventory Stay current with trends, techniques, and continued education in esthetics Promote spa services, memberships, and retail skincare products to meet business goals Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications

Certified and licensed Esthetician in BC Minimum [1-3] years of experience in a professional spa or salon environment (preferred) Proficient in a variety of esthetic services, including facials, waxing, body treatments, and nail care Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and product ingredients Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills Passionate about health, wellness, and helping clients feel their best

Experience with advanced skincare treatments Sales and product knowledge for upselling retail items Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor Team-oriented with a positive attitude
