We're looking for a skilled

Esthetician

who is passionate about skincare, confident in performing facials, and committed to creating a serene, client-centered experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation

Conduct in-depth consultations to assess skin type, concerns, and desired outcomes. Review client history, allergies, and contraindications before treatments. Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend personalized aftercare and home-care products.

Facial Treatments

Perform a variety of facial treatments including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, masks, massage, and hydration therapy. Confidently work with different skin types and concerns (e.g., acne, sensitivity, dryness, aging). Use advanced techniques and tools (e.g., steamers, high-frequency, LED therapy) as required. Customize each facial to enhance results and relaxation.

Complementary Services

Provide add-on treatments such as brow tinting, lash lifts, or hydrating eye masks when needed. Collaborate with lash and beauty technicians to ensure a seamless client experience across services.

Sanitation and Safety

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization. Sterilize tools and adhere to all Body Safe Toronto guidelines and company protocols. Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are prepared before each client.

Time Management

Manage appointment flow efficiently and respect scheduled time slots. Arrive early to prepare workstations and create a calm, welcoming environment.

Client Education & Retention

Provide clear post-treatment instructions and skincare advice. Address any client concerns with empathy and professionalism. Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and follow-up care.

Ongoing Training

Stay up to date on new facial techniques, skincare technology, and product knowledge. Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and company learning opportunities.

Cleaning Duties

Ensure all work areas, laundry, and tools are cleaned and maintained after each shift. Contribute to maintaining the overall pristine appearance of the studio.

Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of esthetics experience

, including facial treatments. Valid

Esthetician certification

from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. High attention to detail, professional presentation, and client-centered mindset. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform services with precision and care.
