Responsibilities

Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and exfoliation procedures. Provide eyelash extension services with precision and care. Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to support their skincare goals. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for all treatment areas and equipment. Engage with clients at the front desk to schedule appointments, answer questions, and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process. Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs and providing tailored skincare advice. Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences for future reference.

Experience

Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare role is preferred. Skills in eyelash extensions application are highly desirable. Strong retail sales experience with the ability to upsell products effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments and product benefits. Experience working at the front desk handling appointments, inquiries, and client interactions is a plus.
