Welcome to RG Spa - the newest premiere luxury spa in Edmonton. Nestled in our city's breathtaking river valley, RG Spa is one of the beautiful new additions to the renowned Royal Glenora Club. Our focus is to offer luxurious treatments making our clients feel fabulous in their own skin.

16+ hours a week, must be available to work evenings and weekends when needed

RG Spa is in search of certified Esthetician who are committed to luxury and excellence within their field

Responsibilities:
- Provide esthetician services to clients, including facials, waxing, body treatments, manicures and pedicures
- Conduct consultations with clients to determine their skincare needs and goals
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments based on individual client needs
- Perform skin analysis and make customized treatment plans
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and homecare regimens
- Assist with guest services, such as scheduling appointments and answering phone calls
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client experience

Qualifications:
- Valid esthetician diploma/certificate
- Proven experience in providing esthetician services, including facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of skincare products and their benefits
- Ability to analyze skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus

All estheticians will be required to complete our full-service menu. We will be conducting some training techniques on specialized equipment prior to opening. Your job will be to provide services to your clients, make product recommendations and sales and update client portfolios. Esthetician staff will be required to help with some cleaning and sanitation protocols, room turn over and set up, laundry and overall cleanliness of the facility.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
