Position Overview:

We're seeking a skilled and passionate

Esthetician

who specializes in women's skincare, waxing, facials, and beauty treatments. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their income through a generous commission structure while working in a supportive, high-potential salon.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform esthetic services including facials, waxing, threading, skincare treatments, and body care Recommend appropriate skincare products and routines based on client needs Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional treatment space Stay current with beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships Assist with online bookings and client communications Optional: Offer makeup, nail care, or massage services to enhance the client experience

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1-2 years of esthetics experience in a Canadian salon or spa Certification in esthetics or cosmetology (Ontario preferred) Strong skills in skincare, waxing, threading, and client consultation Knowledge of current beauty trends and product lines Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Bonus: Experience with hair spa or head massage services

Compensation:

We offer a competitive

hourly wage plus commission

on services and retail sales. This hybrid model gives you stability while rewarding performance. The more you grow your client base and upsell services, the more you earn -- with no cap on commission potential.
