Working at Toronto Airport - Estee Lauder
Purpose
Responsible for the management of their assigned counters and staff throughout the Toronto Airport. Responsible for generating sales through customer service, staff coaching and development, and maintenance of counter merchandising standards and plano-o-grams.

Representing Estee Brands including Clinique/ Tom Ford / Estee Lauder / LaMer Joe Malone to the customer and acting as a Brand Ambassador for the brand to ensure needs are consistently exceeded
People
Determine and communicate individual and team sales goals and hold Beauty Advisors accountable for results in accordance with the Company's business practices.
Build and manage a dynamic sales team. Provide monthly on-going performance counseling to Beauty Advisors with effective and timely follow-up.
Train Beauty Advisors in new brand initiatives and merchandising in order to enhance brand awareness and job performance.
Training of Beauty Advisors as required.
Sales & Operations
Analyze and review sales figures and develop strategies to improve performance.
Responsible for multi-vendor reporting, direct multi-vendor relationship, vendor visits, merchandising, dress code expectations.
Monitor and communicate product in-stock positions, ensuring that stock levels are at appropriate levels at all times.
Assist in the maintenance of TS/RP's for all locations.
Maximize sales through strategic merchandising and promotional presentation in all locations.
Implement marketing strategies, ensuring product supply and coordinate teams.
Ensure merchandise is neat, clean and fully stocked in all locations.
Ensure that all signage and shelf edge pricing is clear and accurate in all locations.
Supervise inventory counting at the end of shift. Assist with all loss prevention initiatives, including staff bag checks.
Assists in preparation for full inventory count, ensuring that the staff and areas to be counted are prepared and ready for the count.
Oversee product RTV, price changes, merchandising standards, TSRP and promotional changeovers.
Receive and distribute testers & GWP's at the warehouse for sorting and store distribution.
Observe and maintain store loss prevention and security procedures and report any security breaches or issues.
Ensures all health & safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
Performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or leadership team of which the team member is capable of performing.
Experience Required
Minimum of 2 - 3 years previous management experience
Minimum of 5 years retail experience.
Cosmetic related positions preferred.
Strong leadership and staff development experience.
Ability to coach and develop staff in areas of sales, service and merchandising.
Ability to balance activities that drive both short and long-term business results in a fast-paced environment.
Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize efforts to achieve objectives.
Relationship oriented (internally and externally).
Confident, articulate and energetic.
Flexibility to work various shifts according to business needs.
