Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estate Litigator with a minimum of 4 years of practice in estate litigation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in handling complex estate disputes and demonstrate exceptional legal acumen. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively represent clients in court, negotiate settlements, and provide comprehensive legal advice regarding estate matters.

Duties

Represent clients in estate litigation cases, including will contests, trust disputes, and fiduciary litigation. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and prepare for hearings or trials. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements with precision. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while advocating for their best interests. Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress. Prepare and present compelling arguments in court to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting estate litigation.

Skills

Proficient in using LexisNexis for legal research and case preparation. Strong negotiation skills to effectively reach settlements and resolve disputes. Excellent research abilities to analyze complex legal issues and develop case strategies. Exceptional writing skills for drafting clear and persuasive legal documents. Solid experience in legal drafting, ensuring compliance with court requirements and standards. Pay: $140,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
