This role is ideally suited for somebody within a commutable distance to Kitchener/Waterloo and Cambridge areas.

How you will make an impact
- Work with clients and correspond with other counsel
- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
- Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
- Analyze and summarize legal documents

- Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines
- Licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Top notch academic credentials and references
- Possess at least 3 or more years of relevant experience from a reputable Canadian law firm that specializes in wills, estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation
- Be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Both thrive in a team environment and also work independently
- Excellent research, technical, drafting and client communication skills are a must
