Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the varying levels of English proficiency among students. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students in learning. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and collaboration. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student development. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students, including those with different learning styles. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, particularly in an ESL or related field. Experience working with children is highly desirable. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create an inclusive environment. Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with various ESL teaching methodologies and resources is a plus.
