Job Description

1. Teaching in-person and online EAP (English for Academic Purposes) courses and assessing students\' learning; 2. Preparing Course Outlines and Daily Lesson Plans according to the curricular guidelines; 3. Preparing, invigilating, assessing, and grading tests, quizzes, and exams; 5. Assessing and evaluating students\' regular schoolwork such as written assignments, unit tests, and final exams; and grading; 6. Recording and managing students\' school attendance; 7. Managing the class and assigned courses effectively and efficiently, ensuring effective fostering of students\' creativity and innovative thinking; 8. Conducting Project-based Learning with real projects. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Education, English, or a related field. ESL Certification would help.
- Two years of experience teaching English as a second language, preferably to beginners.
- Knowledge of effective teaching methodologies and strategies for language acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others learn. Additional Skills: - Familiarity with classroom technology and digital learning tools.
