Develop and implement the organization\'s ESG reporting strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather data for accurate ESG reporting.
Manage preparation and submission of annual ESG reports to external stakeholders.
Stay updated on ESG reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyze ESG performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate sustainability into operations and supply chain.
Provide training on ESG principles and reporting to internal teams.
Engage with external partners and regulatory bodies on ESG best practices.
Support development and execution of sustainability initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
Communicate ESG efforts effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor progress towards ESG goals and ensure transparency across the organization.
Participate in industry events to enhance the organization\'s reputation in sustainability practices.
QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification or designation related to sustainability (e.g., CSR-P, LEED AP, GRI Standards Certification) is advantageous.
Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in ESG reporting, sustainability strategy development, or related fields.
Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and their application in corporate settings.
Proficiency in sustainability data management systems (e.g., Enablon, SAP Sustainability Performance Management) is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze ESG performance data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and prepare ESG reports.
Proven track record in project management, including managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Employment DetailsSalary: $90.000 - $130.000
Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Permanent, Full-time, Onsite
Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
