This teamis supporting with the upcoming mandatory sustainability reporting standards such as the EU's Corporate Sustainability ReportingDirective (CSRD), California Climate Disclosures, and Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS).a day in the life

• Project management CSRD report delivery.
• Manage preparation of inaugural CSRD report including content development through working with external and internal experts to write and deliver this report.
• Working with multiple departments (including working closely with sustainability) to ensure the required data is shared on schedule.
• Research and monitor sustainability reporting requirements and trends, including peer benchmarking, to determine applicability to the company.
• Assist in closing data gaps and ensuring all required disclosures are met and reported on.
• Develop a formalized annual CSRD reporting process.

qualifications

• You have experience in regulated reporting writing
• You have experience working with auditors and consultants
• Familiarity with the upcoming climate standards such as CSRD, California Climate Disclosures, and Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS) is an asset
• 4+ years of relevant experience preferably in a regulated environment
• Familiarity with GHG protocol, GRI, or other sustainability reporting frameworks is an asset
• Familiarity with Workiva is an asset
• Big Four Accounting firm and a CPA or equivalent designation is an asset

The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
