Your Responsibilities

As our new ESG Business Development Associate, you will play an important role in supporting RepRisk\xe2\x80\x99s sales and revenue growth in North America, focusing on sales enablement, origination and prospecting towards the key growth client segments of banks, insurance companies, asset managers, asset owners, and non-financial corporates. You will be part of our global Sales & Marketing division and will be reporting to our Business Development Lead for North America based in New York City, USA. Your responsibilities will be:

Support development of sales strategies, tactics and plans to achieve or exceed the North AM team goals \xe2\x80\x93 working closely together with Business Development Lead and Sales Operations

Execute on own target list of accounts, and partner with Senior Business Development colleagues on prospecting activites, account engagement strategy, demo preparation and trial management

Develop a sustained pipeline of own accounts through prospecting and product demonstrations to drive RepRisk\xe2\x80\x99s sales in the North American financial market

Liaise with sales Operations and conduct independent research to identify relevant contacts in prospect segments using a variety of sources

Analyze client needs and recommend RepRisk solutions that best fulfill those needs, collaborating with Products and Research Departments

Develop, write, and deliver value-based sales proposals and respond to client RFPs and RFIs in collaboration with Sales Operations

Support negotiation and execute quotes and contracts

Use and controlling of activities in Salesforce to provide timely and accurate reports of activity and sales intelligence related to opportunities, contacts, accounts and trial monitoring

Travel within North America to attend client meetings, events, and conferences

Qualifications

You Offer

A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree within subjects related to Business, Commerce, Financial Services, Management, or PR/Communications

Entry level Experience with (2-3 year) or a strong desire to start in a front-facing business sales, partnerships, or account management role focused on commercial activities and deal execution

Entry level Experience with (2-3 year) or a strong desire for business development, sales processes, negotiation, and contractual and legal processes

A postive attitude with curiousity and willingness to learn the on-the-job skills required to grow in role

Analytical and structured thinking, organized, solution-oriented, and efficient in execution

Strong communication skills with a proficiency in English. Every other language is a plus
