The Role: E-Scooter Tour Guide / Operator

We're looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals who love their city and enjoy meeting people. As a

MoVe Tour Guide

, you'll lead groups of 10-12 riders on scenic, informative e-scooter tours across Moncton's most iconic sights and hidden gems.

What You'll Do

Lead safe, engaging 60-90 minute e-scooter tours across Moncton Share fun facts, historical insights, and local tips along the way Ensure all participants feel comfortable and confident on scooters Perform basic safety checks on scooters before each tour Be a brand ambassador for MoVe -- engaging, respectful, and safety-focused Handle questions and create an unforgettable experience for guests Monitor group pacing and adjust route dynamically if needed Help with check-in/out and helmet fitting at the starting location

What You Bring

A love for

people, public speaking, and storytelling

A good knowledge of

Moncton's landmarks, history, and culture

(or a strong willingness to learn -- we'll help train!) Comfort riding and teaching others how to ride e-scooters Confidence leading a group outdoors Punctuality, professionalism, and enthusiasm Availability for morning, afternoon, and weekend tours

Nice to Have

First Aid/CPR certification Previous experience as a tour guide, performer, or outdoor educator Multilingual (English/French) is a bonus Basic tech skills (app check-in, route tracking, safety checklists)
