Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Game Master to join our team. The Game Master will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating immersive gaming experiences for guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable time. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a passion for gaming, and the ability to manage groups effectively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess a strong customer service orientation.

Duties

• Welcome guests and create an engaging atmosphere that encourages teamwork and fun among players.
• Lead and facilitate gaming sessions, providing clear instructions and guidance to participants.
• Monitor gameplay via video to ensure rules are followed and assist players as needed.
• Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
• Manage bookings using the company software and stay aware of booking changes throughout the day.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall gaming experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the business before, during, and after sessions by performing light duties that may include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and wiping down surfaces.
• Utilize public speaking skills to effectively communicate with groups of varying sizes.
• Use problem solving skills to fix any issues that may rise.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong public speaking skills to engage participants effectively.
• A passion for gaming and creating enjoyable experiences for guests is essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
