Escape OK:

As one of the leading escape game facilities in Ontario, we are looking for friendly and energetic people to join our expanding Team! Flexible schedules, interacting with customers and team mates go along with this position.

Requirements:

Applicants will only be considered if they are

able to work

on Fridays Saturdays and Sundays.

Fluent English is a must.

Bilingual would be a bonus. Excellent Communication Skills Excellent customer service skills Able to work in a fun and fast paced environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

All applicants must be available to work until 1:30 am on Fridays and Saturdays if needed.

OVERVIEW:

Join the Escape OK team to provide a fun, safe, entertaining experience that exceeds customer expectations.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Greet all Customers with a friendly attitude and provide any information they require.

2. Check-in customers, including using cash register and computer system, Explain escape room rules, themes, & background stories

3. Arrive on time, in complete uniform and well groomed

4. Operate computer efficiently to book reservations, reset games as required, and monitor game room progress

5. Complete opening/closing procedures as instructed by the Manager on duty

6. Responsible to maintain the general housekeeping of game rooms, party rooms, and washrooms.

7. Abide by the Company Code of Conduct
