GAME MASTER / CAFE ATTENDANT / NPC (Part-Time / Full-Time) Markham Location

Duties:

Greet all customers warmly when they arrive, and provide prompt check-in service. Make recommendations, explain rules and provide assistance as needed. Process payments accurately and responsibly. Explain escape room rules, themes, & background stories, and monitor game room progress and provide hints as needed. Assist with bubble tea bar duties as required. Assist with NPC duties as required. Responsible to maintain the general housekeeping of lobby, bubble tea bar, board game lounge, escape rooms, and washrooms.
Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal, communication skills (verbal & written English) Enthusiastic and outgoing Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced environments A self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't require constant direction Organized and have attention to detail A good team player Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
