The Opportunity
We're looking for an ERP Specialist who knows Epicor Business Solutions inside and out and thrives on helping teams work smarter. This role is about more than maintaining a system. It's about understanding how information flows across our business and helping us use technology to make better, faster decisions.
You'll partner with leaders and front-line teams across all our business units to streamline processes, integrate data, and continuously improve how we operate. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, supporting people through change, and building systems that scale, this is a great fit.
What You'll Do
Review current workflows and apply ERP best practices to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Provide hands-on Epicor training and day-to-day user support.
Manage system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure consistent performance.
Collaborate with managers across departments to understand business needs and deliver tailored ERP solutions.
Lead integrations that connect data between Epicor and other systems.
Offer technical guidance and serve as a trusted advisor on ERP capabilities and opportunities.
Participate in cross-functional projects that enhance ERP performance and business processes.
Support compliance with all company health and safety standards.
Promote collaboration, open communication, and teamwork across departments.
What You Bring
Deep experience with Epicor Business Solutions, including configuration, implementation, or optimization.
Strong understanding of system integration and workflow automation.
Ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and create alignment across teams.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an asset.
Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Business, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Project management knowledge and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A self-starter who can adapt quickly and work well both independently and collaboratively.
