About the position

As a SAP Business System Analyst (IT) in Finance and Controlling, you will play a key role in delivering informatics solutions that fulfill requirements for the finance business teams.

Your key responsibilities:

• Work in close partnership with the business, acting as a consultant, to understand their processes requirements and translates them into system designs and ERP functional solutions, based on SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
• Define, design, build, test and oversee the implementation of the end to end SAP functional solutions including systems, interfaces and platforms changes.
• Coordination of changes to a productive environment, from technical evaluation of proposed changes, generation of alternatives, to coordination of the different departments needed to implement, document, test the change and support it.
• Collaborate with working teams to ensure continuous product increment for the business and keep IT alignment among different ARTs (Agile Release Trains) and project teams.
• Ensures that Roche IT standards are applied and adhered to IT standards (including security, privacy, quality and process) and compliance with requirements of regulatory bodies.
• Ensure smooth handover of the solution and the systems built to the support and operations teams.

Who You Are:

• 5-8 years of professional experience on SAP FI/CO domain with a minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (or equivalent).
• Knowledge on process and solutions related to:

• Finance: account payable, accounts receivable, dispute management, collections and credit management, asset management, general ledger, taxes, treasury, closing, banking, travel and expenses.
• Controlling: profitability analysis, product costs controlling, cost center accounting, profit center accounting.
• Basic familiarity and experience with the other main integration areas of the system (SD, MM and PP), in particular the touch points between them and FI
• Experience with multinational enterprise environments, working with multicultural global teams, delivering ERP solutions through project implementations.
• Experience with the system validation process, including documentation and testing of validated systems.
• Advanced reading, writing and speaking in English and Spanish preferred.

This position is not open for relocation support.
