POSITION SUMMARY:



The ERP Programmer will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and implementation of the Fenevision ERP system across the organization, with a focus on supporting production workflows. In addition, this role will provide IT support to address day-to-day hardware, software, and network issues. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing optimization of Fenevision, helping streamline business operations, improve production efficiency, and integrate key business processes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with both ERP implementation experience and general IT support skills.This role is required to be on site to meet company and personnel needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



ERP SUPPORT & IMPLEMENTATION:

Support, implement, and integrate business processes using the Fenevision ERP system across all relevant modules (e.g., production, inventory, sales, finance, supply chain, purchase, quality control) in a manufacturing environment. Work closely with SMES to guide best practices, document processes, and develop standard work instructions for ERP modules to ensure consistency and efficiency across teams. Configure ERP system settings, parameters, and workflows to align with the company's business processes and requirements. Customize ERP modules (e.g., production processes, supply chain management, procurement) to meet specific needs, ensuring alignment with operational goals. Manage data migration and integration, ensuring seamless conversion and transfer of data between systems while maintaining data integrity and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, sales, purchase, production, and supply chain) to support upgrades, patches, and system enhancements, improving performance, functionality, and security. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, implementing improvements and optimizations based on user feedback and system audits. Develop training materials and provide hands-on training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system.

ONGOING ERP SYSTEM MAINTENANCE & OPTIMIZATION:

Ensure the continuous optimization of the ERP system by reviewing performance, gathering user feedback, and implementing system enhancements. Conduct system audits and performance reviews to ensure efficient operation and resolve any potential issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvements and implement ERP updates that enhance overall functionality. Provide ongoing support for ERP users, addressing any technical issues, system errors, or inquiries, and troubleshooting or escalating issues as needed.

IT SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE:

Provide it support for hardware, software, network, and system issues, ensuring all its systems are functioning smoothly. Manage and support it infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers to ensure seamless operations. Install, configure, and maintain software and systems across various hardware platforms to optimize performance. Oversee system documentation and maintain user accounts, ensuring compliance with company standards and security protocols. Assist in cybersecurity efforts, ensuring systems and data are secure and up to date.


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field At least 3 years experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry. Hands-on experience implementing and configuring ERP systems, preferably with Fenevision or similar ERP platforms in a manufacturing or production environment. Multi plant/company environments. familiar with the use of stored procedures, web services/API, and SQL queries for data exchange with other systems. Hands-on experience in ERP system implementation, configuration, and customization projects. experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, design, testing, training, and deployment. Prior experience providing technical support, maintenance, and administration of ERP systems, including system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Experience with data migration, system integration, and ensuring data consistency and integrity. Proven experience in IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address both ERP-related and IT infrastructure issues. Strong communication abilities to explain complex systems to non-technical users.
