Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic ERP Manager to lead our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) function. The core responsibility of this role is to ensure our primary ERP system, Momentus, effectively supports the organization's strategic and operational goals across various departments.
The ERP Manager is responsible for overseeing the ERP function and ensuring that the Momentus ERP system effectively supports the organization's strategic and operational goals. This role partners with the Finance Operations Senior Manager to shape the ERP roadmap, lead system implementation and optimization projects, and oversee the ERP team's development. The ERP Manager ensures that the ERP platform enables efficiency, data integrity, and integration across finance, event management, and hospitality operations--particularly during the Stampede.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development
Execute the ERP strategic roadmap in alignment with business priorities and future organizational needs.
Partner with the Finance Operations Senior Manager to shape and maintain the ERP strategic roadmap and multi-year enhancement plan.
Evaluate ERP capabilities against organizational goals and industry best practices.
Recommend investments and system enhancements to leadership.
Prioritize competing business requirements and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Monitor emerging Momentus features for potential adoption.
ERP Implementation & Project Leadership
Lead system implementation, configuration, and enhancement projects to optimize ERP functionality and performance. Lead implementation, upgrades, and configuration projects.
Manage data migration, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
Oversee integration with other organizational systems.
Drive change management processes for ERP-related initiatives.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to align ERP initiatives and ensure effective collaboration.
Align ERP strategies with organizational objectives.
Facilitate steering committees and stakeholder meetings.
Translate technical information into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Build consensus among business units with competing requirements.
Configuration & Customization Leadership
Configure and customize ERP modules to support finance, event management, CRM, and venue operations.
Develop and enforce data governance standards.
Design and validate workflows across departments.
Troubleshoot complex issues in partnership with vendors.
Vendor & External Relations
Act as primary technical contact for Momentus.
Coordinate updates, support, and feature releases with the vendor.
Participate in user communities and evaluate integration opportunities.
Provide input on vendor contracts and service agreements.
Reporting & Analytics Leadership
Support in reporting frameworks and analytics tools that support informed business decision-making.
Develop reports and dashboards to provide operational insights.
Customize analytics for various departments.
Establish reporting standards and monitor system performance metrics.
System Administration & Governance
Ensure system integrity, compliance, and effective governance, including security and documentation standards.
Review, evaluate and implement major system changes and monitor overall performance.
Manage licensing, access controls, and compliance requirements.
Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and develop the ERP team, ensuring they have the skills, resources, and guidance needed to deliver high-quality support and solutions.
Supervise ERP Business Analysts and Support Administrators.
Assign and oversee project work.
Mentor and coach team members for growth and technical excellence.
Conduct performance reviews and lead user training initiatives.
Budget Management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Advanced knowledge of Momentus ERP modules (Financial, Event Management, CRM, Venue Operations).
Strong project management capabilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Superior communication and presentation abilities.
5+years of ERP business analysis and implementation experience, preferably within hospitality or event management industries.
3+ years of leadership experience managing ERP or business systems teams.
Proven track record in strategic planning and roadmap development.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with finance and operations leadership.
Working Conditions
