We are looking for an ERP Implementation Manager to join our team and help drive our next-generation ERP system implementation for our clients.
Job Overview
As the ERP Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for driving the migration process from legacy ERP systems to our modern, in-house developed ERP solution. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in ERP migration and a solid understanding of accounting, operations, and manufacturing processes.
Your ability to manage stakeholder relationships and implement process changes effectively will be crucial to the success of each project.
This in-person position is based in Winnipeg, with regular travel required to customer sites, mostly in Winnipeg, for on-site consultations, training, and support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end ERP migration projects for clients in the distribution, manufacturing, and construction sectors.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements, translate them into ERP solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Work directly with clients to address concerns, manage change, and guide them through the adoption of the new ERP system.
Ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to while maintaining the highest quality implementation standards.
Provide training and onboarding of users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
Provide ongoing support to clients post-migration, ensuring their systems continue to meet evolving business needs.
Understand existing business processes and design new processes as needed to optimize operations as required.
Facilitate process changes and drive improvements across accounting, operations, inventory, and manufacturing.
Qualifications
Proven experience in leading multiple successful modern ERP implementation projects, particularly for manufacturing companies. Experience with in-house developed ERP systems is an asset.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in North America (in person). Experience working as a Software Developer is an asset.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Familiarity with multiple ERP tools and platforms such as ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Quickbooks.
Solid understanding of accounting, operations, inventory management, and manufacturing and construction processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both internal teams and external clients.
Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing process changes.
