Overview
We are looking for a technically skilled
ERP Engineer & BOM Analyst
to join our team and help bridge product engineering with manufacturing operations using
Epicor ERP
. This role is responsible for maintaining
Bills of Materials (BOMs)
and
Methods of Manufacturing (routings)
, driving data integrity, and supporting process improvements across engineering, production, and planning functions.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain BOMs and routings in Epicor's Engineering Workbench.
Interpret CAD drawings and translate them into structured ERP data.
Review and update labor standards, work centers, and operation sequences.
Support time studies, standard work documentation, and routing validation.
Develop and run BAQs, dashboards, and reports to drive insights and accuracy.
Collaborate with engineering, production, logistics, and IT teams to streamline workflows.
Participate in ERP optimization and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and engineering documentation.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and interpreting BOM/routing structures.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP best practices.
Experience with BAQs, dashboards, and ERP data auditing is a plus.
Open-minded, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.
