We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant with strong expertise in ERP and HCM systems, as well as hands-on experience with claims management platforms. The successful candidate will work with enterprise and public-sector clients to design, implement, optimize, and support ERP solutions across multiple platforms, including Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics.
Engagements are structured on a contract-to-hire or fractional executive basis, with consultants operating in a white-label capacity, representing our organization and/or our end-clients at an executive level.
This role is suited for professionals with 8+ years of ERP consulting experience who are comfortable working in client-facing environments and leading system implementation and transformation projects.
Duties
Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP and HCM solutions
Support claims system implementations and integrations across enterprise environments
Work with platforms including Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics
Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Support data migration, data mapping, and integration initiatives with external systems
Configure business processes across finance, HR/HCM, procurement, supply chain, and claims domains
Collaborate with technical teams on workflow automation, APIs, and extensions
Support testing activities, including test planning, UAT coordination, and defect resolution
Provide post-implementation support, user training, and knowledge transfer
Prepare project documentation, configuration guides, and end-user materials
Contribute to ERP strategy, roadmap development, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience as an ERP Consultant or Functional Analyst preferred
Hands-on expertise with at least two or more of the following:
? Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM/Claims)
? ServiceNow
? SAP (ECC/S4HANA or SuccessFactors)
? Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, HCM)
Strong experience in:
? ERP and HCM implementations
? claims processing systems or insurance platforms
? enterprise process reengineering
Proven experience in requirements gathering, functional design, and solution configuration
Exposure to integration middleware, APIs, and ETL tools
Experience working in large enterprise or public-sector environments
Preferred Certifications
Vendor certifications in Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Dynamics
Experience with cloud ERP deployments
Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes
Knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
