JOB OVERVIEW
As an ERP Business Analyst, you'll be the primary liaison between our business teams and ERP systems (currently Quantum by Component Control). You'll configure and optimize ERP modules, lead integrations and upgrades, develop insightful reporting, and drive process improvements across maintenance, inventory, and finance operations. Responsibilities:
ERP Configuration & Support:Manage day-to-day setup, permissions, and workflows across core ERP modules (maintenance, purchasing, repair, inventory, finance).
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate with software vendors and third-party consultants on system upgrades, patches, troubleshooting, and SLAs.
Reporting & Analytics:
Design, develop, and optimize reports and dashboards (SQL, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau) to track KPIs and improve decision-making.
Integrations:
Support and maintain integrations between ERP, procurement, inventory, and financial systems via APIs, EDI, or middleware.
Data Management:
Perform imports/exports, integrity checks, and master-data maintenance to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Training & Documentation:
Develop user guides, deliver training, and provide ongoing support for end-users globally.
Process Improvement:
Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and controls.
Audit & Compliance:
Support IT and SOX audits by providing system documentation and control evidence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with business teams (Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, IT) to align ERP capabilities with operational needs.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
5+ years' experience supporting MRO or other enterprise ERP systems (ideally Quantum)
Proficiency with SQL and reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau)
Strong vendor management and project coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong documentation skills
