Equipment Technician Food Service
Job Description
Pratts Food Service is a leading Canadian distributor of food and non-food products to a wide variety of restaurant, hotel, and retail customers.
Reporting to the Director of Systems Specialists, this position is for equipment refurbishing, installation, repair and maintenance of ware-wash, beverage, and dispensing equipment located in customer locations throughout the province. In addition, the individual will be following a preventive maintenance schedule and assisting the sale of products required in the above listed categories and others.
Qualifications / Assets:
Experience working with commercial food service equipment,
Experience working in sales and customer service,
Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge,
Possess a valid drivers license,
The ability to work independently and service the territory with minimal direct supervision,
Must be available for occasional after hours service calls,
Must be willing to travel
