As an Equipment Sales Representative, you'll manage the sale of new equipment within our domestic sales function. You'll be a key player in driving territory growth, delivering solutions, and maintaining trusted customer relationships.

This role follows a 5x2 shift and requires frequent travel within your assigned territory.

Salary:

$40,000 base salary plus commission. +

First-Year Earnings Guarantee:

Your Role




Build strong customer relationships through regular visits, clear communication, and a focus on their needs. Manage your schedule and pipeline to meet deadlines and deliver on commitments. Track market trends and work with the Sales/Operations Manager to set targets and shape strategy. Proactively generate leads, make cold calls, and close sales in your territory. Prepare quotes and collaborate with the GM of Sales to align pricing and terms. Maintain accurate records of customer data and sales activity in the CRM.

What You Bring




Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the heavy equipment industry, or a strong technical or engineering background Familiar with a wide range of construction equipment and able to recommend appropriate solutions Confident in cold calling, building new business, and managing a busy schedule with competing priorities Proficient in CRM systems, quoting tools, and Microsoft Office, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Valid Class 5 driver's license and willing to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
