Join our team in Red Deer, AB as an Equipment Sales Representative. Salary: $40,000 base salary plus commission.
First-Year Earnings Guarantee: $75,000 (base salary + guaranteed commission).
Your Role

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Manage equipment sales in your territory, including budgets, proposals, and forecasting
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver complete equipment solutions
• Monitor industry trends and provide product recommendations to meet customer needs
• Travel to customer sites, including remote locations, to provide in-person support

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment sales, account management, or a related field
• A degree or diploma in business, engineering, or a related area (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence with pricing, budgeting, and reviewing financial information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• A proactive, team-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel within the region, including overnight stays at remote sites
• A commitment to safe work practices in everything you do
