Job Title: Tractor Operator (Seasonal - Winter)

No Snow, a leading provider of residential snow removal services, is seeking reliable and skilled Tractor Operators to join our team for the upcoming winter season. Our fleet is brand new Kubota L6060's, and John Deere 4060's equipped with the newest snow technology. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate tractors equipped with plows and other attachments to clear snow from residential driveways and walkways.

- Safely navigate and operate equipment during snow events, including during overnight shifts.

- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.

- Respond promptly to changes in weather conditions and be available for shifts based on snow events.

Requirements:

- Experience operating tractors or similar equipment (snow removal experience is a plus).

- Valid driver's license.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, depending on snow conditions.

- Strong attention to safety and detail.

- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
