Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy machinery and a strong mechanical knowledge to ensure efficient and safe operations on-site. This role involves working with various types of equipment, including loaders, graders, and farming equipment. The Equipment Operator will play a crucial role in digging, bulldozing, and building projects while adhering to safety protocols and operational guidelines.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, graders, and bulldozers to complete construction tasks. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to execute project plans efficiently and safely. Follow all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.

Experience

Proven experience in heavy equipment operation Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues on-site. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is preferred. Experience in loader operation, grader operation, and truck driver Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining focus on safety and quality.
