Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of heavy machinery and will be responsible for performing tasks related to construction and maintenance projects. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment operation, safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, loaders and excavator to perform tasks including digging, excavating, lot clearing and landscaping. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines. Follow safety regulations and guidelines while operating machinery on job sites. Assist in site preparation, including grading land and moving materials as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Skills

Proficient in heavy equipment operation with experience in commercial driving. Knowledgeable in all heavy equipment operation techniques. Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment. Ability to dig, build, and operate with precision using various types of machinery. Experience with excavator operation is preferred. Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
