Equipment Operator



United Irrigation and Landscapes is a full-service landscape company. We create, transform, and maintain all manner of outdoor space. United Landscapes focuses on landscape design, installation, irrigation, irrigation design and installation and commercial maintenance. We know that first impressions are important and lasting. We are seeking an Equipment Operator to join the team within our growing company. This position requires a combination of technical skill and organizational skill.

Duties



Conduct and record pre-operational checks on equipment.

Operate equipment such as skid steer and backhoe and/or excavator in a safe and appropriate manner. Recognized training for excavator preferred.

Work with ground personnel in grading and excavation.

When not operating machine, required to work as part of the construction landscape crew.

Follow OH&S requirements for the work being performed.

Requirements



Minimum of 2 years experience operating equipment.

Excavator operator training preferred.

Strong organizational skills.

Able to work in a fast paced environment.

Work as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
