7 years or more of experience

Physically demanding, attention to details, manual dexterity, hand-eye co-ordination, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads

Work outdoors and in a shop, conditions can be hot during the summer and cold during the winter

Reliable, team player, accurate, flexible, excellent oral and written communication, good judgement, dependable

Keep maintenance report and documentation on work orders, attached components and adjusted new equipment, perform repair work on heavy truck

Fuel injection system, exhaust system, cooling system, lubrication system, installation and alignment of engines, electrical experience and diagnosis a must, hydraulic experience an asset

Mechanical transmissions, drive trains and final drives, hydraulic transmissions, power take-offs, tracked vehicle suspensions and steering, wheel-mounted vehicle suspension and steering, highway vehicle tires and wheels, off-road vehicle tires and wheels, differentials, brake system

Hydraulic operated working attachments, compressors, pumps, industrial lift trucks and fork lifts

Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required, adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufactures' specifications, clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work, service attachments and working tools.

Ability to lift more the 45 kg (100 lbs)

Driver's license, 310S, 310T, heavy equipment tech, will all be considered

Experience working on the following equipment

Bulldozers, Loaders / Backhoe, Scrapers, Pisten Bulley Groomers

Truck fleet

RTV's

Snowmobiles

Hydraulics, small engines, automotive, truck and coach, heavy equipment repairs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
