Hiring Equipment Labourer NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Hydrovac excavation is a non-destructive alternative to mechanical equipment or hand-digging, using pressurized water and a vacuum system to quickly, safely, precisely and cleanly excavate around utilities and pipelines. Training will be provided for people with a desire to succeed. Specific Duties \xc2\xb7 Day-lighting and soft excavating for telecom, hydro, gas, and underground services \xc2\xb7 Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following policies, CVOR guidelines and acting in a safe manner at all times \xc2\xb7 Perform pre and post trip inspections by following company policies and procedure for routine maintenance, perform general housekeeping to ensure Hydro Vac is clean and operating properly \xc2\xb7 Complete all required paperwork daily \xc2\xb7 Set up and inspect grounding and/or bonding procedures by Hydrovac operation \xc2\xb7 Handle and distribute construction materials, loading and unloading vehicles with supplies, equipment, remove all debris from work sites \xc2\xb7 Other duties as required Qualifications \xc2\xb7 A Class 5 driver\'s license is the minimum requirement needed \xc2\xb7 Must possess and exhibit strong safety acumen and demonstrate safe work practices \xc2\xb7 Previous experience an asset \xc2\xb7 Mechanical inclination an asset \xc2\xb7 Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision \xc2\xb7 Operate Hydrovac equipment in a safe and professional manner \xc2\xb7 Able to effectively and professionally communicate with on-site customer representatives Essential Physical Functions \xc2\xb7 Hear and distinguish emergency signals and instructions while on duty \xc2\xb7 Must be able to repetitively sit, lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach and crawl \xc2\xb7 Must be able to repeatedly lift a minimum of 50 pounds \xc2\xb7 Must be able to work in all outdoor elements (rain, snow, heat) for extended periods of time \xc2\xb7 Be able to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) \xc2\xb7 Must be capable of working extended hours and variable shifts \xc2\xb7 Must be eligible to work in Canada Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $21.92 per hour Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
