Kardium's mission is to deliver the best treatment for atrial fibrillation. To achieve this, we have developed The Globe Pulsed Field System - we have a fantastic technical team that has developed a product with strong, unique, and customer-valued differentiators versus other solutions on the market. We have built connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System and are helping to tell our story.



We are now preparing for our upcoming commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.



The Equipment Co-op responsibilities will include improvements in equipment management efficiency, development of troubleshooting guides and maintenance plans, implementing tool related aspects of a 5S program, and assisting in the organization and execution of infrastructure upgrades while working with the equipment and facility team.



Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.

Assist in equipment efficiency and down time studies Assist in the management of spare parts inventories and sourcing Work with engineers to develop maintenance plans and trouble-shooting procedures Assist with calibration management Assist in the organization and execution of infrastructure projects Develop equipment tracking and management systems Catalog and organize a production hand-tools as part of Kardium's 5S program Design and implement fixtures and equipment to improve manufacturing processes using CAD software

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement methodologies Enrolled in post-secondary program such as Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or other program related to manufacturing
