Equipment Delivery Driver

The ideal candidate will have experience working in construction, landscaping, or agriculture industries, well as experience towing trailers and operating large trucks. Regular tasks will be delivering and picking up rental equipment from customer worksites, as well as performing maintenance on small to medium sized equipment when not performing deliveries.
Shortened hours during the winter are possible if the candidate desires.
Responsibilities and Duties
Communicate frequently with team members to coordinate the daily schedule Drop off and pick up rental equipment in a safe and timely manner Instruct customers on basic operation of machines Inspect equipment upon return and report condition to counter staff Fill out driving log books as required Load and unload customers at our shop Diagnose and complete repairs on small engine equipment Cleaning and servicing equipment Maintain a clean and safe work area Adhere to all company safety policies
Qualifications and Skills
Must be able to lift over 50 lbs Experience towing trailers is required (2 years minimum) Q Endorsement is required but can be licensed if you do not have one (air brake, single axle, Class 5) Experience operating a forklift Experience operating skid steers, mini-excavators, man lifts and other general equipment Valid class 5 driver's license with clean abstract Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Able to work in a quick-paced work environment and able to adapt easily to changes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
