OBJECTIVE: Operational responsibility to ensure required functionality of, and desired
improvements to, the Epicor ERP software in a production manufacturing context.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Primary point of contact for Epicor Support with (for the most part) Supervisors
2. Observe how Employees are using Epicor to identify Pain Points and Improvement Opportunities
3. Weekly meetings to review and prioritize Epicor Improvement tasks
4. Create and implement approved improvements.

\xef\x82\xb7 Methods
\xef\x82\xb7 Custom Code
\xef\x82\xb7 Dashboards
\xef\x82\xb7 Data Discovery
\xef\x82\xb7 Queries (BAQ)
5. Maintain Epicor End User Procedures
6. Train end users on use of Epicor as required (both new employees and on new improvements)
7. Learn company\'s processes and manufacturing methods
REQUIREMENTS:
\xef\x82\xb7 Working experience of Epicor ERP (1 year)
\xef\x82\xb7 C# Programming training and experience (1 year)
\xef\x82\xb7 Post-secondary degree or certification
\xef\x82\xb7 Work on-site at the Haul-All manufacturing facility (remote work not an option).
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the company.
