Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

EPICOR Programmer

to support, develop, and enhance our EPICOR ERP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing EPICOR applications, developing new modules and reports, and ensuring system integrity across departments. This role requires strong knowledge of EPICOR tools, business process understanding, and programming skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, BPMs, dashboards, and reports within the EPICOR ERP environment. Maintain and enhance existing EPICOR customizations and integrations. Develop SSRS and Crystal Reports based on user requirements. Work closely with department heads and end-users to gather business requirements and provide technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve EPICOR-related issues to ensure optimal system performance. Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users as needed. Collaborate with third-party vendors or consultants when necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience in EPICOR ERP programming and development (preferably in versions 10 or later). Proficient in C#, .NET, SQL Server, SSRS, and BAQ/BPM development within EPICOR. Strong understanding of EPICOR tools such as Epicor REST API, Service Connect, and Customization Tools. Familiarity with manufacturing or distribution business processes is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with EPICOR Kinetic (latest version). Knowledge of Crystal Reports. Experience integrating EPICOR with third-party systems (eCommerce, EDI, etc.). Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
