Entry Level Shop Welding & Fabrication Position
Job Description
Mid Valley Manufacturing is looking to hire a reliable entry-level shop worker to assist with small fabrication jobs and learn welding and basic metal fabrication. This is a hands-on shop position with training provided and room to grow for the right person.
Job Duties:
Cut, grind, fit, and assemble small steel parts
Assist with fabrication of shop components and assemblies
Learn MIG welding (additional welding processes over time)
Operate basic shop equipment (saws, grinders, drill press, etc.)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
Welding experience is an asset but
not required
