We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Entry-Level Secretary

to join our dynamic team at Latino Tax. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is fluent in both

Spanish and English

and has a strong grasp of digital tools and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support our tax professionals and enhance client communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Communication:

Manage client inquiries via email, phone calls, and social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook). Provide timely responses to clients' questions, offering clear information about services and procedures. Ensure that all communications are professional and maintain a high level of customer service.

Client Information Management:

Download, organize, and maintain accurate client files and documents in an efficient manner. Assist with filing, scanning, and storing documents in a digital format for easy access.

Social Media Management:

Oversee the company's social media presence on platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. Respond to messages and inquiries, post relevant content, and ensure the company's online presence is up-to-date and professional.

Administrative Support:

Use Microsoft Word and Excel to create, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and reports. Assist in scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and handling administrative tasks as required. Prepare and send correspondence, documents, and reports as requested.

Software Applications:

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe (PDF editing and organizing). Handle other software applications as needed to support daily operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Fluency in Spanish and English

(both written and spoken) is required.

Proficiency in social media platforms

including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and others, with the ability to communicate effectively via these channels.

Strong computer skills

, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe (PDF).

Organizational skills

: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail

: Ensuring accuracy in all tasks, including managing client information and communicating clearly.

Excellent communication skills

with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:



Previous experience working in an office environment, especially within a tax or legal company, is a plus. Knowledge of tax-related processes and terminology is a bonus, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
