THE ROLE

As a

Door-to-Door Marketer & Estimate Setter

, you'll be in the field, face-to-face with homeowners, starting conversations, planting seeds of trust, and booking estimate appointments for our painting services.

THE PATH AHEAD

D2D is the spring board to all other roles and promotions within the company. We promote from within. Everyone starts here, and works their way up in the following roles.

D2D Team Lead ($30 - $40 per hour) Sales Representative ($80k - $120k annual) Production Manager ($80 - $120k annual) General Manager ($100 - $150k annual) ...and eventually, Company Partner.

THE DETAILS

Part-Time:

10-35 hrs/week

Shifts:

Day, Evening, Weekends available

Pay:

$17.50 per hour base salary + $10 bonus per lead + $20 per booked estimate

Location:

Waterloo Region (must commute)
