A global Automotive Parts Manufacturing company is in need of an
Entry-level
Sales Admin
to join their team in the London area. This is a direct hire, full time position, comes with great benefit packages. Entry-level candidates and new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities - Entry-level
Sales Admin
Process customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately using the AS400 system
Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and product information
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports and handling inquiries
Communicate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Assist in managing customer relationships by responding to basic inquiries and following up on orders
Other duties as assigned
Requirements - Entry-level
Sales Admin
Associate or higher degree in Business or related major preferred
Prior work experience in Automotive industry is a plus, not mandatory
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to go to Business trip both within Canada and US
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an Intermediate or higher level
Excellent interpersonal communication skills - speak and write
Strong at numbers and calculation
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
