Job Overview:

We are seeking a Full-Time Entry-Level Loan Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, and looking to kickstart their career in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and process personal loan applications by assessing creditworthiness, income verification, and documentation accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of loan applications, approvals, denials, and related documentation.
- Actively manage accounts that are 60+ days past due, including outbound communication, payment arrangements, skip tracing, and documentation of all efforts.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve outstanding balances and secure repayments.
- Utilize software to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payment arrangements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in accounts receivables (especially with delinquent accounts over 60 days) is required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
