Job Description

We are seeking an

entry-level Civil Engineer

to support pavement evaluation and infrastructure assessment projects through

data analysis, interpretation, and technical reporting

. This role is primarily office-based and ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer interested in pavement engineering, data analysis, and technical documentation, with

limited field work

.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with analysis and interpretation of

Faling Weight Deflectometor (FWD), Ground Penetration Radar (GPR), and High Speed Profilograph (HSP) data

Support pavement structural evaluation and condition assessment studies Prepare

technical reports

, tables, figures, and summaries under supervision Review and organize field data collected by survey teams Develop plots, charts, and visuals to support engineering conclusions Coordinate with project managers and senior engineers Participate in limited field activities as needed for training or QA/QC

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

civil engineering

(or related field) Coursework or internship experience related to pavement engineering, transportation, or geotechnical engineering Basic understanding of pavement evaluation concepts Strong interest in

data analysis and technical writing

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with GIS, CAD, or data analysis tools is a plus Good communication, organization, and time-management skills Valid driver's license

Preferred (Not Required)

Exposure to

FWD, GPR, and HSP data

through coursework, research, or internships Familiarity with AASHTO and FAA guidelines EIT certification or intent to pursue licensure Experience with data visualization or scripting (Python/MATLAB) is an advantage
