Job Description

Experience:

Bookkeeping and accounting experience preferred

Education:

Bookkeeping and accounting-related education required

Key Responsibilities:



Verify and process

payroll

Prepare and send

bi-weekly and monthly invoices

for services Track and record

service billing

to maintain accurate financial records Verify and process

daily financial transactions

Manage

company invoices

(e.g., utilities, third-party services) Issue

invoices and receipts

to clients Conduct

inventory checks

related to bookkeeping Organize and manage

budgets

Prepare

client tuition and fees

based on scheduled service hours Receive and process

client payments

Verify and make payments to

independent contractors

Maintain

organized records

of all account-related documents

Required Characteristics:



Strong sense of responsibility. Attention to detail. Understanding of company operations and workflows. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. Provide insights and suggestions to improve accounting processes or services.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:

Accounting/Bookeeping: 1 year (preferred)
Language:

English (preferred)
Work Location: In person
